Admission Overview

Admissions are open for the academic year 2026-27 for classes Nursery to XII. We encourage early applications as seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis after fulfilling eligibility criteria.

Admission Procedure

Admission to the Academy will be made on the basis of pre-admission test, purely on merit and according to the availability of seats.

Admission tests are generally held in the months of December to June. Registration for the admission test should be done in advance in the school office.

Application forms should be submitted along with a copy of the Birth Certificate for registration. On being given admission, the following documents should be submitted.

Attested copy of Birth Certificate Caste.
Report card of the last school attended.
Transfer Certificate duly counter signed by the authority concerned of the Education Department.

WITHDRAWAL

If a child has to be withdrawn from the school, a clear one calendar month's notice in writing must be given. If such a notice of withdrawal is not given, one month's fee will have to be paid. The annual charge already paid will not be refunded.

Based on the prescribed books of the last year's syllabus in English, Hindi, Maths, Science, Social Studies and G.K.

When does the admission process start? ▼

Admissions for the new academic session typically begin in January and continue until seats are available. We recommend applying early to secure a seat.

Is there an entrance test for admission? ▼

For Nursery to Class I, we conduct an informal interaction with the child and parents. For Classes II onwards, there is a written assessment to evaluate the student's readiness for the class applied.

What is the medium of instruction? ▼

English is the primary medium of instruction at Kautilya Educational Academy. Hindi is taught as a compulsory subject.

Is transport facility available? ▼

Yes, we provide safe and comfortable transport facility covering major areas of Dewas. Transport charges are separate from tuition fees.
